Usually this product does not work for several reasons: 1.It's working principle is electromagnetic induction,So cellphone need to be provided with receicer to wireless charger.The receiver and transmitter that meet QI standard can be wireless charging. Maybe there is not receiver in you phone. You should purchase a extra wireless receiver in the phone. 2.If there is a case with qi phone,Pls note:The thickness of case can't exceed 5mm.And the center of back case can't be metal material. 3.We strongly recommend using 2A adapter at least.Don't connect to the computer,Because output from computer is only 500-800mA.
