OMG. What would I do without this stuff! Works well and is a big help when those unexpected leg or foot cramps happen. I keep a container in the bathroom cabinet and one by my bedside. I also have one that I travel with in my suitcase- although make sure it will not be exposed to great heat or cold. Depending on the weather, if we are traveling I keep it in my purse so it is not left in a hot or cold car.

This stuff has been a life saver. I get charlie horses sometimes that will wake me from the dead during the night, try to stand up while half asleep and fall to the floor. They are severe. I keep this next to my bed and in every bathroom. Rub it in liberally. The words "it's to much" does not exist with this. Literally within 2 to 3 minutes it's gone! I can walk, go back to bed and not worry about a recramp. It's weird, you know it wants to recramp but it doesn't. OMG this stuff is amazing! Does exactly what it says it will do.
