My Phoebe Marie loves her new steps. She was afraid to jump off the bed. I was using a pillow to give her the height she needed. Now she easily navigates up and down and doesn't whine for my help anymore

Marked down to 4 stars because the product came poorly packaged. The foam piece was so smashed and did not expand. I had to dig into it and kind of tear the insides up some to get the shape right, but once I did that, it ended up fitting the cover and working perfectly for our 12 lb dog whose joints aren’t what they used to be.

The inside soft foam frame was shrink wrapped and I guess the expectation is you unwrap it and let it sit forever to let it expand? No instructions.I let mine sit for almost a week and it never fully expanded, doesn’t fit the casing, and has a horrible chemical smell.Even if it fully expanded, it wouldn’t have ended up being as big as shown in the pictures.It also wouldn’t be sturdy with the foam frame to support the weight of an animal unless they’re really small.The product needs to be advertised that way.Most people aren’t getting this for vanity, they’re getting it to help beloved older dogs with joint problems navigate their home more comfortably and safely. This product won’t do that.Just a bad design and waste of time.

I ordered these stairs for my two year old Boston Terrier, as she has trouble jumping on the bed. I originally had a set of older, wooden stairs for pets that a friend gave me, but sometimes my pup would miss a step on her way up or down them and it didn't seem very safe. I am SO happy that I found these stairs made out of fabric and memory foam! The stairs are very sturdy and they do not sink in much when my pup jumps on them (she's 20 pounds), nor does it move around when she gets on and off of them. My pup seems way more confident in running up and down these stairs, compared to the wooden ones, and the cushioned stairs are a lot easier on her hips and joints. I highly recommend these stairs to all pet owners!

Just to let you know that you have to be patient. They are made of a dense memory foam type product.Now to the good stuff! My dog loves them. My bed is 24" high she is 5lb and she flies up them without thought. It took a few hours to get her over the newness, a few pats appropriately and all is wellVery sturdy, nice looking, great value, sturdy zipper and one hand movement. Great product very happy

So i was upset I bought this and my chiwinnie Ms Pickles wouldn't use it. I felt defeated. Sat in my guest bedroom for about a month. Then I got a idea, I took this out, and BOOM, a movable leg/foot rest I can use while at my desk on the computer haha it works, it's soft and comfy.

Bought this for our senior dog to help get him, but it was too wobbly and he wouldn’t get on it. We ended up never using it and gave it to good will hoping it might work for a smaller dog. Our dog weighs about 55 lbs.
