Love this tap. Heavier and better quality than I thought for the price. I use it as a shower for my little dog in the utility sink.After a couple of months the end of the tap broke it snapped in 2. The tap is still useable but it really sprays out so can only have the tap on low. Wish I could find a bit that would fit.

Not very good quality. Broke in 5 months of use.

After only several months the hot water trickles through this tap, now a year on the cold water is doing the same. The spray jet worked fine at start, now will it does not, due to water flow ( my water pressure has not altered) I emailed the complaint with no response. Waste of £15 as will need replacing shortly. NOw the cold water is running slow and the extension of tap is due to fall apart shortly as its wobbling around!

Good product of value

At first I was very happy. Unfortunately, five months of normal use and some gaskets on the joints broke and if I want to use the tap, I have water all around.

This tap was cheap and is just that a cheap tap. only had it installed for less than a month and the flexi pipe has got leaks spraying out from it. wouldn't recommend this item due to it not being durable. Too much effort to replace it. waste of time. maybe i had a bad batch so can't say about others who have bought and installed this. but my experience was very bad.

For the price it's good does what it should easy to fit only down side is it drips

Simple to fit and use, not amazing but we'll worth the money and would certainly buy it again
