Lol, these are not gym meals. They're for kids.
I typed in protein ready meals and this is what came up.Initially I thought it seemed great until it arrived and I realised it was children's food 😂 🤷🏽♀️ 🤦🏽♀️Was still nice though strangely enough.Also it's microwavable. I don't have or subscribe to those radiation machines so I took the outer cardboard she'll off and boiled it in the bag that was in the cardboard tray. Came off quite easily after dipping it in the water tbf.

Bubas fave ready meal
My 18 month old loves the little dish! Packed full of everything especially when on the go, it's very handy to have when I haven't prepped anything the night before. Loads of texture and just the right seasoning for picky eaters! Good price on amazon too when on offer :)
