Diamond Naturals Light Dry Dog Food Formula with High Quality Lean Protein, Probiotics and Essential Nutrients

I don’t believe any one food has all the nutrients our fur babies need and that’s one reason I do a daily rotational diet. Also it keeps them from developing an allergic response to a particular protein, so mine rotate chicken protein based food, fish protein based food and pork based food in the morning and this lamb based food for supper. Diamond Naturals Light is a great low-fat food with superb ingredients, and no potatoes, peas and other legumes as fillers which is important to me. This food helps keep my 4 German Shepherds on the lean side which is necessary for good joint, muscle and hip health. My 4 GSDs love this food! I love it for all these reasons and the fact it’s affordable for a multi fur baby family!

Our dogs love this food. It is similar to Kirkland brand food that we switched from. Our senior dog has been able to maintain a healthy weight on this food too. Large bag usually lasts about a month for an 85lb dog.

Started both my dogs on this new food. I have been feeding them diamond naturals for awhile but have been on and off. I switched them to Purina One lamb & rice, and although they eat all their food in one sitting I had to take a closer look at the ingredients. I realized Purina adds Dicalcium phosphate which is not good if you want to prevent your dogs from getting kidney/bladder stones.I also chose Diamond Naturals the light version for overall good health. If don't want to change your dogs food to prescription urinary health dog food, that is economical and NOT PRICEY like other urinary health prescription dog food, choose Diamond naturals light. It has lower protein, to not put harm to your dogs kidneys and it has WAY BETTER ingredients than most urinary health prescription food. Also, it doesn't have dicalcium phosphate. It was a great transition to this new food, and I'm glad we did!😄

I switched my less active Boykin Spaniel to Diamond Naturals Lite Lamb & Rice and the results speak for themselves. With about 18% fewer calories than their standard formula, hes lost a few pounds in just a couple of months.The first ingredient is lamb, which she loves, and the kibble seems easily digestible. no stomach upset and notably softer coat after a few weeks. I also appreciate that it includes probiotics for digestive health and isn’t loaded with fillers.

As a German shepherd mom I care about what he eats and his nutrition.i pick up every bag of dog food and anything that doesn’t mean my standards goes right back on the shelf. I have been feeding him this since he was a puppy and he is healthy. His coat is beautiful, Highly flavorful for him and a good quality dog. We tried more expensive dog Food but the value for the money on this one and the Digestibility outweighed anything they had to offer. Great value for the money as well.

My dog likes it

the food was extremely "dusty" - meaning that the food had crumbled into tiny bits. I have not had this problem buying this food in a local feed store, so I will continue to do that instead of ordering it delivered. My dog likes the food, but not eating it crumbled up into dust. So it was a waste.The food is fine, the delivery was not good.

I switched to this dog food because the ingredients and the protein/fat content was what my dog needed. Her other food has gone up ridiculously in price. My dog has PLE and lymphangiectasia. Her food, Vet appt, bloodwork and meds get really expensive. Thankfully, this was recommended to me, it has been a true lifesaver! The company has not price gouged the customers, the quality is good, the ingredients are great and my dog likes it. I am grateful to have found this food, I hope the company knows how wonderful they are to make a good product and be considerate on the price.
