Great help in the kitchen
Not only can they be used as shown in the ad, but I can now use these to hang my previously used ziplock baggies, depending on how well the baggie can be cleaned out. I just wash them out in hot soapy water, and if they are satisfactorily clean (corners of the baggies sometimes can’t be washed out well enough), then rinse and hang them upside down on these holders to dry inside and outside. I put large baggies across two of the large holder “prongs”, and small baggies over just one. We go through a lot of baggies, so being able to recycle some of them easily is just as important to me as the ease of bagging food in them. I love the new quart size baggers too!

Perfect for freezing and storing bags full
I bought 2 sets of these for my daughter and me. I am one who freezes and stores food. Doing pureed persimmons, I wanted to use bags instead of jars. These bag holders worked like a dream. One for gallon bags, and one for quart bags. These held my bags opened so I wouldn't spill the contents on my counter while filling. Wonderful gadgets!

The quart size one is easy to tip over so it needs a wider base on it to keep it stable. But the gallon one being bigger is more convenient.

I Love These Holders
I had the larger green one for years and it finally broke when I was a little aggressive trying to clean it. It was my fault and obviously I ordered this set because I like how sturdy they are.I use them when I'm assembling my sous vide bags for turkey at Thanksgiving as they keep the tops clear of liquid so they seal well. I also use these when I make cold press coffee with my milk nut bag or for straining things like gravy. Want to make snack bags with trail mix? This makes it hands free to pour in the items.They are very handy and easy to store because they fold down.

These are the coolest and most helpful little gadgets!
For years I've been using the larger sized holder and have loved the handiness of them. I've had to replace the large one three times since my original purchase a few years ago. They just really don't seem to hold up to the level of usage that I subject them to. SIGH I just found out that there is a smaller size and have purchased it. So far so good. Def something I would recommend someone try. It really is a great idea!!!
