Phone is nice but just FYI, it will not work on AT&T because they no longer support 2G. Check with your carrier.

Like this watch very much, wanted to love it, but don't. Not clear instructions on setting up your watch in the manual or on the app, and absolutely nothing online. You aren't instructed to also purchase a micro simcard and basically get your kid a cell phone line.Now that the watch is all set up, it works great. Sometimes the gps is off, like really off. Otherwise, works fine for calling back and forth.

I bought this smartwatch for my 8 year old daughter as a christmas gift and she loves it! She can make phone calls easily and and leave voice messages as well. Binding the watch was easy and quick. The GPS tracking is accurate. The speaker sounds clear when making a call. The app was easy to intall on my pbone. The watch does not work with T-mobile sim cards. I bought the Prepaid Speedtalk mobile sim card and it works perfectly. I still can't figure how to load music on the watch since there's an option on it.I will definitely buy this watch again!

This was a bit confusing to set up, but we figured it out!1: Set up/activate the SIM card first! Don't even turn the watch on until you have done this. You will receive the watches "phone" number.2: Install the APP KidMate IV3: Turn on the watch, and follow the instructions to bond the APP and watch together.4: If you want someone else to also have the APP to the watch, they need to set up their own account, then scan a QR code generated in the Manager's APP.Once I figured out how to do it, I was pleased with the functionality, design, and quality of the watch.I wish it came with better instructions.

I bought a few kids watch phones before this one. By far this one was the best to date. My daughter loves being able to send me photos (of course all selfies!) & She finds it easy to use to call. Set up was pretty basic if you are even semi tech savy.

Love it! Got it for my daughters 7th bday! Had no trouble setting it up! Used speed talk sim and have not had any issues. My daughter got the messaging and calling features right away. Now she is looking forward to field trips, school activities and camps and i feel safe knowing i can reach her.

Very good purchase. Hard to figure out how to receive and make phone calls with T-Mobile but figured it out.

Great watch for our daughter. Just what my wife wanted, the SOS feature is what sold her. My only complaint about the the watch is that it can do voice messages, however, no text messages. Other then that great watch, easy enough setup. Overall great watch
