I've had this tracker 3 days. The so seems to sync well with the device, but for it to sync your GPS must be on which is frustrating but I haven't had the power drain many report and the app opens easi ly. The step tracker itself i think might be off. The first day I wore it half a day and walked about 3500 steps with no extra activities. Day 2 i walked 7000 steps including groceries and say 4 over 10000 including a workout. Today I will again have about 6-7000 but I noticed if I change my walking speed or stride without putting it into a different activity mode it doesn't track. I think it shorted me about 500 steps today if not more, but if you look at it more as a motivational tool rather than needing accuracy it's awesome. The price is great and all the functions work well

I bought this for my husband who was starting a Keto diet and exercise regimen as required by his doctor. He specifically needed the heart rate monitor, calorie tracker, and steps counter. He was able to download the Very Fit Pro app onto his android phone without any issues and was able to connect the fitness tracker to his phone. Charging the device requires removal of the smart bands and plugging the device directly into a USB charger which was easy to do. The camera was a cool feature. He has used a couple of the training modes such as walking and treadmill modes. When he used the walking mode, he was able to track his steps, calories, and check his heart rate, which is what he needed. In the treadmill mode, he was able to track his calories and check his heart rate. I was able to download the app on my iPhone and connect it to his tracker. The GPS tracker has been useful when he goes hiking. There are countless other features on the tracker that we haven't had time to check out yet but look forward to using. All in all, it’s a great tracker for the price. I’m considering buying one for myself.

I ordered 2 of these items one for me and one for my boyfriend. Unfortunately, one of the devices does not work. I have ordered a new one and will update accordingly. The one that works.. no complaints paired fine and tracks accurately. The one that came broken looked perfectly fine in the box, charged well, then stopped working. It would not pair with the app. It kept telling me Bluetooth was off when it wasn't. Even after rebooting the app several times including rebooting my phone it finally paired. It would not accurately track steps and kept resetting to zero. When it would actually track, it did not track accurately and would roll back constantly. The device eventually got stuck at 490 steps and stayed there, even after using one of the fitness modes to track my actual steps on a treadmill.

I was replacing this one from a pricier activity tracker I had. I picked this one specifically because it said that I could play music with the controls from it instead of using my phone. However when I got the tracker this was not true. Also the app was a phone burner where it stayed on constantly and literally ran my phone hot and I constantly had to shut the app down. I think that I'm going to go back to the other fitness tracker that I had which was a little more expensive but it was definitely a better product.

Haven't programmed it yet. Instructions are complicated. I have a FitBit which is very easy to monitor. I won't return this one yet because I want to have 2 trackers.

My son loves this fitness tracker. The problem is the square band that holds down the end of the band broke and now it gets caught on everything. If you can replace this piece I'll update to 5 stars
