[UL Listed] Cable Matters 10-Pack Low Profile 4-Port Keystone Jack Wall Plate, RJ45 Wall Plate for Keystone Jacks in White

These two port Keystone outlets are top quality, flexible, and well-made. I highly recommend them. They feel really heavy duty and the keystone inserts snap in very securely. They seem to be made out of a nylon material rather than a hard plastic material.Cable matters seems to be producing some nice quality things. I purchased the RJ-45 and the RG-6 coax inserts and they are both nice quality as well.

I've been in telecom for years now, and we've used everything from Belden to Panduit, and Systimax. The Cable Matters hardware is just as easy to install and passes the same TIA certification tests at a fraction of the cost. For the DIYer, this is a no-brainer. Even for pros looking to lower the hardware cost, without sacrificing quality, this may just be the new go-to for you. I've had zero issues with certifications for gigabit speeds, and the customers have always been pleased.

Each cover perfectly fits the standard opening and keystone jacks snapped right in. Nice clean install.

Overall these plates are fine for the price. I had quite bit of difficulty trying to get the keystones into the slots on the back which took much more time than I wanted per plate. I've installed thousands of these (we typically buy leviton locally) and never had this problem. It seems the square is just slightly too small for the jack to fit in properly. I ended up scratching several of these trying to get the keystones installed. Other than that these work just fine. The texture on the outside feels a little different. Kind of like a glossy enamel but looks as others plates do. Needless to say I will purchase these again as they're significantly less expensive than popular brands but only if my local distributor is out of stock again.

Ok for the price

I brought a pack of these when I was adding cat5e networking to some homes we have, and even though they are not Panduit, which I wanted to use in the first place, these are way cheaper, look great, are pretty durable, and can be used like any other wall plate. I am overall pleased with the product, when I had to do labeling I just used a label maker and put the label to the left or right of the port and it works great, would buy again and would highly recommend it.

These have a 2.8" width. While that is adequate for most standard applications, the home I was replacing the plates in had Eaton plates. The Eaton plates I was replacing are about 1/4 of an inch wider. Naturally, when you put these covers over an opening that had a larger plate in it, it's not going to look as good. Not a slight to this product, which is very good, but something you may not think about until after the install.This product is very good. The plates are nicely made and the keystone holes are precise. Interestingly, I purchased keystone blanks from Cable Matters, and the plastic they use on the inserts does not exactly match the color of these plates. Close, but careful observation, and you can see the material/color difference. Again, not a big thing, just be aware to avoid disappointment.

Easy to install, fits right on my retrofit boxes and regular boxes. I would have got 3 of these at a box store when I got 10 here so definitely a good value.

I got these wall plates to convert a coaxial cable wall plate to have dual RJ45 ethernet jacks; the CAT5e ethernet jacks I had did fit into these wall plates securely. The wall plates fit over an orange low voltage bracket and I just use the same screws from the previous wall plate.

I needed a few plates with a single keystone port.These are great for the value.Amazon Really needs to rethink their packaging methods. Could have fit up to 10 packages in the box it came in. What a waste of resources.

These came in a big bag, then each one of these came in a individual package, then each pack of screws came in a individual package inside of that., so much plastic waste Otherwise, everything is great with these.
