Nice watch

I bought this watch as a present, it stopped working after less than a week of use, went to change the battery and that didn’t fix the problem, it started then stopped again after less than a minute of working with a new battery. I’ve tried emailing your company as the watch came with a years warranty, please get back to me on this matter. It was a Christmas present and it doesn’t work.
