Size Small for 5.5kg Ragdoll, sturdy and secure!
Amazing! I bought another harness before this one and I took it back because this one is so much more secure.I bought it for my Ragdoll cat and I wanted it to be sturdy, which this one is! It can be a bit difficult to put over his head, as it needs to be tight enough, so I am not fiddling around tightening it up while it is on him. But I wouldn’t let this put you off, as it makes it hard for him to slip it.It is a good size for my Ragdoll, definitely make sure you measure before you get it as I got one too big originally. I got a size small for reference and my Ragdoll is a 5.5kg in weight. It isn’t too tight around the under arms and chest and doesn’t rub, which I was concerned about.Couldn’t recommend enough!

It's quite decent
I recently purchased the Rabbitgoo Cat Harness and Lead Set for my kitten, and I've had a pretty positive experience with it so far. Here's my detailed review based on my personal experience.First ImpressionsWhen I first received the harness, I was immediately impressed by its quality. The material is lightweight and soft, which I knew would be gentle on my kitten's fur and skin. The reflective strips were a nice touch, as they provide extra safety during our early morning and evening walks.Sizing and FitMy kitten is currently about 4-5 months old, and I ordered the XXS size thinking it would be the perfect fit. However, the harness was still slightly too big for him. I would recommend getting a smaller size if your kitten is on the younger or smaller side. Despite this, I was able to adjust the straps to make it fit more snugly, but it's something to keep in mind when ordering.Comfort and UsabilityPutting the harness on my kitten was a bit of a challenge at first. She's not used to wearing any type of clothing or harness, so it took a few tries and a lot of treats to get him comfortable. Once on, the harness seemed to be quite comfortable for him. The soft, breathable material didn't irritate him at all, and the vest design helped distribute the pressure evenly across his body. I was particularly pleased that the harness didn’t press against his neck, reducing any choking hazard.Walking ExperienceTaking my kitten for a walk with the Rabbitgoo harness has been a delightful experience. The harness is escape-proof, which gave me peace of mind knowing that she wouldn't be able to slip out. The metal ring for attaching the leash feels sturdy, and I had no concerns about it breaking or coming loose. One of the cutest aspects of this harness is how it makes my kitty look like a tiny police dog. It's adorable and has garnered a few smiles and comments from neighbors. The reflective strips are also a great safety feature, ensuring we're visible during our evening strolls.Overall PerformanceOverall, I am quite happy with the Rabbitgoo Cat Harness and Lead Set. Despite the initial size issue, the harness is adjustable enough to make sure he doesnt squirm his way out quickly.

Absolutely wonderful! It fits beautifully and looks fabulous while being very good quality for the price. Nice a breathable and the adjustments are nice and easy to use and not fiddly.

Neck section slips over the head -- and can easily slip off.
First the good stuff:Bought an XS for my 3.75kg 10 year old. I measured her according to the chart and she fell within the ranges specified for the XS, and on getting the harness, it did feel secure and a lot more comfortable on her neck than the H style harness we'd been using before. I love the colour, the reflective piping, and the lightness of the material. It's soft and squishy with plenty of ventilation, but at the same time feels very durable and built to last. The clips are a decent size so they're easy to get to and clip on and off and feel like they're well made. I got the green colour and it's a lovely turquoise aqua colour -- quite true to the picture on the site. The ring on the back is sturdy metal and feels very secure. I'm using this harness with the extendable lead that I already have and there were no issues with clipping it on and that stress point felt very secure. However:The neck section doesn't have a clip and so you have to slip the cat's head through it which has, um, several downsides. My cat, who has been harness trained all her life, was absolutely furious about this. I was able to coax her down from hissing and clawing through a very treat-heavy introductory period, but still -- if you have a cat who tolerates this on the first go, god bless, but I can't imagine that's going to be in any way the majority. And because of the slip-on design, the neck section is loose enough that it can easily be slipped off. I know my cat is on the very small side, but we've already had an incident where I was tugging at her lead to get her back to me when someone entered the park with a leashless dog and the harness slipped off against her resistance which under the circumstances was frankly terrifying! Luckily she was kind of perplexed and didn't think of running so I was able to scoop her up, but it was definitely a scary moment!I had a look at the harness after and I could see that although I had originally tightened the body straps nearly fully to fit her small frame, over the five or so times we'd used it, they'd slipped a bit and loosened which I'm sure was part of why it was able to slip off. I think that the adjustable parts of the side-release buckles could use a textured edge or teeth at some part to grab onto the straps so they can only move when intentionally moved.I've since bought 20mm curved side-release buckles with the intention of trying to put one on the neck section and I might try and adjust the straps myself to make them a closer fit to my mini-cat, but I think having a slide-on neck section and non-grip buckles are weak points in an otherwise fantastic product that is definitely comfortable, secure, and well-made otherwise!Edit 24/4/22 - Reworked the neck section to attach one 20mm side release buckle positioned so the flap from the chest section cushions the buckle (picture attached - please don't judge the ugly sewing job...I was more concerned with security rather than aesthetics!). This is *so* much easier and more pleasant to put my cat into now! She had been used to an H style harness so she was used to a clip on the neck section, and tolerates it so much better than shoving her head through! Not to mention, adjusting the straps was absolutely impossible after the hassle of the slip-through neck. With this mod I can pre-adjust the straps to size!Rabbitgoo - please consider an update to this great harness with a neck clip! It would make this an absolutely perfect product!
