This product is excellent. Have tried the plastic rigid muzzles in the past but my dog clearly did not want it on so I would struggle to keep him still to put it on and he would try his hardest to get it off. This muzzle went on in seconds...no struggling....did not try and get it off....I didn’t think it would be secure but it was. I can’t recommend this product enough. Bought size 2 for my schnauzer collie cross and it was a perfect fit.

Size 2 is a perfect fit for a fine featured female cocker but too small for our boy. Hard to believe he needs a labrador size one but his nose is nowhere near the end of the size 2...

I find these muzzles very useful to keep my dogs from barking too loudly, they are easy to fit, and the dogs can still drink while wearing them, I do find that they rub them away on the mesh sides after a few months.

I wanted this to stop my pup eating anything and everything when outside.It seems well made and fitted well - or so I thought. Once fitted and however tight I made the strap she had it off in seconds. If your dog was OK with it I think it would achieve the goal of keeping stuff out of their mouths.

I found it hard to gauge the size for my dog (Spaniel/Terrier cross), but having measured her muzzle and that of and our other dog (Springer cross), I went with the size 2. It is a good fit around her muzzle and adjusts easily to fit around her head.The mesh makes it breathable in the hot weather, but it was not purchased to use for long periods.The dog tolerated it well, but as an inveterate escaper from collars, harnesses and gardens, I would add a loop connector to her collar (not supplied, but easy to improvise) if I wanted it to stay on for long.

One of our dogs barks a lot, and part of his training has been to try and reduce that unwonted behaviour as it is self stimulating and means he gets very overexcited.This model has been perfect as a training resource to help take away that behaviour and reinforce to him he can cope without barking. We’ve seen a significant improvement in his behaviour since using it for small bursts. The soft mesh means it is comfortable to wear and doesn’t cause any difficulties. A bit fiddly to clip on as our dog is very fluffy but otherwise perfect.

I had to get this as my dog ( half size Dalmatian) gets really nasty with other dogs when out on walking. I wasn't sure about the sizing so tried this size 2 as her muzzle is about the size of a beagle and it fits fine. Well that's what I think but I get the feeling that she doesn't share my opinion as she doesn't like it but she is now eventually getting used to it as she knows if she doesn't wear it she doesn't go out. It does allow her to move her mouth enough to be able to tell me of her discontent but at least it removes the worry of what she will do when approaching other dogs. We are now working on the discipline with the aid of literature and treats.....
