Extreme versatile product
I can’t say enough good things about this product. Not only does it provide light in the woods, but it provides electricity for charging a cell phone or satellite watch. It is extremely compact and charges with a small solar panel. Depending on your phone you get one charge per but I was able to charge my Garmin watch several times and it always provides hours of light. I had the old version which was solar only that worked really well for years. The added features make this one a must have. Great to give as a gift because it is so easy to use.

Great little lantern
I love this little lantern! It’s bright, portable, cute, and the charge lasts forever. The usb charger port is the cherry on top.

Amazing outdoor light for camping, black outs, or kayaking at night
love this light - so many uses that you can read about. It takes a looong time to charge in sunlight, but in direct sunlight it charges best. The usb charges it fully in about 2- 2.5 hours. It last for sooo long on full charge. I got another for my mom so she can have it for our terrible winters where we lose power for days. Charged even 60 % this thingc can last over 25 hours. Waterproof is a must for me as I also use it to tie on to my kayak for night trips - which is required by law to have a light.

An awesome addition to your camp pack
I've had this lantern out several times this summer. It is super light weight as you can imagine, very durable. different brightness levels help you maintain battery life as well as providing the proper amount of light needed to do whatever task you need.Solar charging can be tricky, a little slow but nothing you can't overcome unless you are stuck in a fog for several days. I also carry a solar battery pack that can charge this thing about 200 times it feels like. For the money you can't go wrong!

REAL SURVIVAL SITUATION
You’ll often hear people say “I almost died” in reference to a myriad of things. However, when I say I almost died camping in Bighorn National Forest a month ago, I really mean it. I spent a night in sub-zero degree temperature without a tent, and survived. Here’s how the MPOWERD Luci Outdoor 2.0 Pro helped me through: I was trapped in 2 and a half feet of snow, 6000 feet above sea level, in 15 degree weather that was rapidly falling to a low of -5, trying to get back up a large mountain. Exhausted and completely drained of life energy, I was forced to take shelter off the trail. In pitch black darkness, I was able to affix the solar lantern to a tree that was able to alert Search & Rescue to where I was. The first thing that comes to my mind in terms of the value of this lantern is its brightness. At 150 lumens, it’s very bright. As a matter of fact it was so bright that it honestly looked like a streetlight on the mountain trail I was camping off of. The light, being LED, is white mostly and actually here the 4th light setting (the strobe setting) was very helpful. Secondly, the capacity of the lantern is impressive. 5 days into my trip I had been using it every night for at least 2-3 hours a night. Since leaving my house, all I did was put it on the cars dashboard a few times and it was good staying on for 4 hours until I was found by Search & Rescue at 2 in the morning. This being the case, the battery capacity is pretty close to what is advertised. Lastly, I really liked how lightweight and compact this lantern is. A lot of other options out there, that aren’t even solar, are really too bulky and/or too heavy. This lantern fit perfect on the top of my hiking backpack and it was so quick to inflate that it definitely gave me a sense of ease when it got dark out and I needed light. The main thing I didn’t like about this lantern was the material. The plastic used in its construction is soft, and not meant to last. For example, the top handle on my lantern ripped off within a week even though I was pretty careful with it even in an extreme survival situation. In addition, it developed a rip a some point along my trip, which prevents it from inflating all the way now. Not only this, but after leaving it on the dashboard to charge the lanterns plastic outer coating would start to melt. The only other thing I can think of is how the charging is slower than I was hoping for. After leaving it out for hours on the car dashboard, it would gain 2 out of 4 of the cubes. The point is here, don’t expect to leave this thing all night and be able to charge it up for extended use the next day. Overall, I’d say that the MPOWERD Luci Outdoor Pro 2.0 was worth the purchase and I recommend anyone considering it to try it out. In a real emergency situation it helped the relevant authorities find me, sticking through days of use and going through the night in sub-zero degree temperatures. For the low price point, I believe it’s genuinely worth adding to your camping gear.

I love this Luci Lux Pro lantern!
I bought The Luci Lux Pro used, and I charged it via usb-c from the wall to full capacity, amd did a test run. It ran for about 60 hours on low, exceeding my expectations. I am very happy about that. It has a nice warm tone light, and the frosty diffused cover. It has 3 brightness levels and a flashing mode. It cam charge through the little solar panel also, and can charge other devices from the charging port. Charges fron the wall on a usb standard male-to-fenale cord.

Didn't work and never refunded.
First, I had used Luci lights from the day they were available and loved them. However, I ordered this lite and tried charging it several time. The light comes on to APPEAR it is charging, but it's not. I contacted the company and they asked me to do some testing...and I did. Still no light. I contacted them again and they told me to SEND A VIDEO of the problem. REALLY, I am a professional gear reviewer and I don't have time to help THEM figure out their problem after paying $46 for it????? ALL reputable companies simply exchange the product. I also ordered other lights from them and they worked. So I am not slamming the product, but the customer service department who obviously has NO sense of customer service. I never heard back after taking the time to send the video. If anyone from the company reads this, I hope you will assist and respond to me. Otherwise, when I lecture on gear, Luci will be omitted from the talk and before, I raved about them.

ME ENCANTA

A really useful and well designed light
With the possibility of energy cuts this winter and on seeing a number of video reviews, my wife and I decided to buy one with the intention or buying a second if the first turned out to be as good as the reviews suggest. We weren't disappointed and ordered a second so that we have one each and can move about our home independently in the event of a blackout.Usage revealed only one shortcoming, i.e. the two pressurebuttons are almost impossible to locate in the dark. The fitting of a sticky backed inexpensive clear soft plastic 10mm dome over each button provided our solution, we can easily locate and press the buttons in the dark now and the icons on each button can be viewed through the clear dome. I use mine as a bedside light and simply recharge it from sunlight through a south facing window or by using mains power via the supplied USB lead.As a footnote: expanding the light is a matter of separating parts of the side wall that have stuck together in compression when packed. A little tedious but better than trying to inflate it by mouth which, in my opinion, is a bad idea because it introduces moisture from breath that will be very difficult to remove. Just a little breath when it is opened and the side wall becomes taut. In spite of this, it's a five-star product.

Useful backpacking light
Do like its lightweight and waterproof design. After using for a few months the only inconvenience is an identical design for turn on/off and battery level buttons. In low light conditions, it's difficult to find the button to turn it on.Sometimes it's not easy to inflate/deflate the lantern and you have to spend time dealing with the valve.Don't get me wrong overall that's a great product, long-lasting lantern which is great for backpacking.
