I have been sleeping on contour pillows for years, but this pillow is so small. It is quite thin, so in a side sleeping position, it is not high enough to fill the space between the shoulder and head. I returned this product.

Love this pillow. I like that it's not as firm as many of this style. It's a little smaller than a standard pillow but it doesn't seem to matter.
