I had to use spray oil to coat the ring or the egg will stick to it. NOTE: If your pan is not hot enough the egg will run out the bottom. Is simple device and does work but is not non stick.

I wanted to make over-easy eggs that would fit on an English muffin. These work well, but one warning, spray the inside of the rings with non-stick cooking spray first. I didn't do this the first time and the eggs stuck to the inside of the ring. Now I spray it, cook it (it takes a little longer because it's thicker) then I gently loosen with a butter knife between the egg and ring, remove the ring, then turn the eggs to briefly continue cooking the other side. Once in a while some of the white will leak out initially but it's just a bit and doesn't ruin the overall effect. I will say my fiancé didn't like them when he tried using them, but he didn't let the egg cook long enough before he removed the ring.

I used this product for eggs & pancakes, works really well. Just spray pam to help not stick.
