Lost suction only after a couple of times
Would not recommend anyone to buy this vacuum cleaner as it only after using it a couple of times has broken and has lost all suction. I've cleaned the filter each time and emptied the cylinder, but it is still not working properly.Very disappointing as I now need to purchase a new vacuum cleaner and spend more money. Do not buy this one unless you'd like to waste some money!

Avoid purchase.
Useless. People are easily pleased. Bought this thought great can now Hoover up without clogging. So So wrong. Only used it a couple of minutes and yes clogged up. The suction pathetic. More in Vax cleaner not this. I'm sending it back. Being unemployed can't afford to purchase something which is to me worth around £20.00. I'm doing yours a favour here before you think of purchasing this Hoover. You want disappointment then buy this. I'm trying to save you buying this.

Useless waste of money. In this day would rather Haven given to NHS rather than Hoover.
Absolutely useless, lost its suction power after only two uses, despite emptying, now on its way to the tip. I might as well. Put my money down the drain. Do not even consider buying.

Useless item #Hoover Smart Evo
Useless, wasted money on this Item, only first month worked well, I got this item three month ago from Dunelm £45. But worth less than a £1. It has lost 80% of it’s power , I been using Henry Hoover since 1995, been happy with, but I bought this for it’s size and stairs friendly , unfortunately wasted my money..
