WOW! The best extract on the market
Most extracts, even the pricey ones, still have an alcohol taste or an artificial flavoring taste. I did not taste any alcohol in this one and the orange taste is pure heaven! I use a few drops in my coffee. This is a must-have in your pantry.

If you have never used Fiori di Sicilia you absolutely should get a bottle - it is a nice upgrade from your usual vanilla flavoring. But I found the Rodell to be a lot less interesting than the King Arthur version. Overall a dreamsicle flavor rather than the nuanced layered flavors I can get using the King Arthur.

Great for panettone
I purchased this a while ago and use it when making glazes, but this was PERFECT for making my mini panetonne. The flavor is just enough, so happy I found it and the price was GREAT for the size. It just took a while to arrive so... if ordering for the baking season, order it now :)
