Good for muscle aches and pains and digestive
Top marks for these pills . I have taken these now for almost a year . I suffer from Bladder pain related to IC , which in theory can affect also the digestive system , particularly the bowels . These pills really do help with inflammation , especially if you have taken antibiotics previously for any kind of infection (I’m prone to UTIS) , which can then lead to leaky gut , which of course is an entity of its own !I’m almost 60 , female , and all you ladies will know , the aches and pains in our muscles all too well ☹️, these pills help also to alleviate the pain . I also take vitamin C , MSM and Cats Claw . But if I don’t take these as the prime healers , I surely know . Try them , some work for some and not for others , but for the price , wouldn’t you like to know .This is a genuine review and I hope it helps someone 🙂

I received the capsules really quickly so was pleased with the service. I ordered them as I had read that they help starve off sugar cravings, I was doubtful but within a couple of days at only taking 1 tablet a day I found that they really do work. The only down side is the horrible taste that they leave which doesn't go away. But otherwise a good product.

Calms gut
I have mild Bile Acid Malabsorption for which I take binders, and I have suffered from SIBO in the past. I also generally follow a low-FODMAP diet to avoid foods which may trigger digestive distress, but that's not foolproof. These capsules have changed my life. I have only been using them for a few days and already I've noticed a difference. No digestive symptoms at all after eating foods which would have really seriously irritated my gut previously, such as hot cross buns! Amazing!

A game changer for vegans
Fantastic supplement. Being vegan I find it hard to get all amino acids and this 1 in a short space of time has helped with sugar cravings and speeds up recovery after training
