It's magic
This is a cleverly designed solution for transporting your Brompton folding bike as check-in luggage for an airline trip. The provided garment bag serves as extra protection. It's four removable wheels can be stored in the provided bag if not in use. When you remove the saddle make sure you cover the seat post with tennis ball to prevent damage to the Vincita Sightseer while handled by the airline. On arrival you can fold the Vincita Sightseer conveniently insert a Brompton Frame and carry it from the airport on the front carrier block. However use a Klickfix solution. In case of Brompton Electric consider that many airlines do not transport electric bikes even without Li-ion-batteries.

Poor quality zipper
Bought this bag for my Brompton for my trip after extensive research. It took my Brompton in OK for my journey, and although it was not too comfortable for transport (wobbling with the bike and clothes in, no telescopic handle), I was OK with it. Having returned after my trip, the zipper parts fell off when opening the bag and I found the zipper torn. The bag was not overfilled - it only had the bike and clothes sleeve inside! Really poor quality for the price, do not buy!

Perfect
Used it to take my bike to Gozo for our summer holiday. I removed the saddle and left pedal to be safe but probably not totally necessary. They both only take seconds to refit anyway. Bike survived two Ryanair flights absolutely fine. I also fitted all my snorkeling gear, rock shoes for the whole family, beach towels etc to take full advantage of my 30kg allowance. The towels obviously provided extra protection too. I'd definitely recommend it.

Really practical and functional
I used the bag only once so far to check in a Brompton for a short flight, but based on that I am very happy with this bag. The bike survived the trip undamaged. Besides the bike itself, there is plenty of room to squeeze in other things into the gaps. The detachable wheels are a great feature and when empty, the bag can be folded and fit into a bigger suitcase itself. Only downside is that the bag smells weird on the inside (hope that wears off with time) and it's maybe a bit heavy already on its own.

Well-designed, elegant solution if you depart from same place you arrive
I have owned four or five Brompton travel bags. This one is the best so far. Vincita nailed the design -- I like it much better than the 2020 Brompton travel bag.Caveat: this bag is for people who travel someplace, cycle around for a few days or weeks, then return home from the same place they landed. It assumes that a hotel, friend, or bike shop will let you leave the bag while you travel. I have used this bag this way twice and it's great, but it's NOT a Dimpa bag that you can carry it around with you. You might be able to ride from an airport or train station into town with this strapped on the back, but you would never tour with this bag on your bike. If you fly with this bag, you check it instead of carrying it on. Personally, I prefer this.Strengths:-- It uses a clothing bag to protect your bike. Personally, I found it easier to set this aside and just stuff bags or cubes of gear around the bike.-- It is a bit taller to accommodate telescoping seat posts better than most bags-- The detachable wheels are great. I did nit bother detaching mine because the risk of damage by baggage handling is low. They are tough. But when storing the bag, itβs nice to pull them off. The bag rolls nicely.-- The construction is great, with plenty of protection and pockets.I can easily pack the bike and all clothing, tools, etc. for a two week trip (hotels, not camping). To use the bag, I simply add the wheels, bag my removable pedal and both hinges, pad the hinges, leave the saddle in place, insert my empty Borough bag along one edge, install crush protectors from Bike Friday, fold in the garment bag, stash my helmet, and zip it up.This works great for me -- but again, I do not and would not ride around with this bag on the bike all the time.
