It’s v sharp,great for tough veg like swede/turnip etc and large spuds

this knife looks good, is comfy to hold but it is not sharp. Not really pleased , should have paid more

Very disappointed, won't even cut through an onion. Yes it's easy to hold but the blade is blunt.

I use it all the time now. It has replaced three knives and I rarely use anything else except for specialist knives!I thought the blade would be too flexible and bend when cutting tough vegetable like turnips or swedes, but it is perfect for pretty much anything and retains its sharpness.Love it!
