The pen was fun
The ice station isn't so great. The "holder" doesn't really hold it in place and if you try to use standard ice cubes it doesn't work. So instead we used crushed ice and just put the beads in with the ice. It works but not that great. the ice pen is a really cool idea. If you overflow the icetray at all the ice tip will not fit. You basically freeze 6 tips to insert into the pen. It works but it doesn't last long, the tips break or as the slightly begin to melt they fall out. It's very frustrating! It's fun for a few minutes. Not worth $20!

Not Worth It
My 6 year old daughter saw the commercial for Color Splasherz several times and wanted it for her birthday. She enjoyed playing it with it, however I don't think it's worth $20. It also makes a big, wet mess after the ice starts melting. Also, the necklace doesn't stay locked so all of the jewels slide right off. It's annoying and I don't recommend it. However, my daughter enjoyed it for 30 minutes. She'd probably enjoy it for another 15 minutes if I had the patience to deal with it. Perhaps I should've waited until she's 9 and her brother is 6 and has no interest in jewelry.

Fun set
Very fun set for kids. It's cool how the beads and charms change colors easily with warm/cold water and ice to draw designs or tumble them. Makes jewelry-making easier and fun for kids. Very pleased.

Granted we just opened the package today, but my 3 year old is amazed by the color change effect. The tumbler does keep falling out, but she doesn't mind. We just pop it back in place. My only complaint and reason for writing a review is that the description says it comes with 12 color change beads, and it only comes with 4 (plus the 4 medallions).

beads warm too quickly when wearing and change back to original colour which is a little disappointing, but daughter has great fun making them

This item isn't as good as it shows on u tube the ice doesn't come out very well and the ice melts and falls out when you put in the pen but did have fast delivery .

Overpriced plastic
My daughter bought this with her pocket money to go with her design station. It doesn't really add anything and wasn't worth the money!
