I've never owned a balaclava before but I've been cold enough to want one. I imagine there won't be much use for this until next winter but I thought this was too cute to pass up. This face mask could also be fun for a costume party, it reminds me of a mummy. I like the way it looks as a hat too, so even if I never really need a face mask I can still wear it as a hat. If I look close under the fringe I can see some white elastic threads and I had to clean out some stray and excess threads before I felt good wearing it as a hat, it looks fine now though. I was worried it might have some bald spots but the fringe is pretty well distributed and it looks good.
