Instructions are a bit puzzling at first and you have to decide which set of bolts to use (there are two sets of bolts) but apart from that it’s a good peice if kit and value for money, I could probably manage about 45 mins on it before I lose the circulation in my legs as it’s quite comfy, but I don’t think I could manage a whole hour, my personal best is 1hr 17 mins.
