Have used these for years without any problems.

Have used the colour before during lockdown when unable to visit a hairdresser. Have bought these in case we go into lockdown again so that I avoid having lockdown hair. The colour covered grey really well and left my hair silky smooth.

Product arrived a couple of days late. However, in these crazy times, that was not a problem. Hair colour appears in short supply so my partner is just pleased to receive the product.

I bought this for a relative. She loves the colour and said it's made her hair really shine. She's very pleased I suggested it. A great purchase.

On the plus side easy to use. However the colour was many shades darker than the box showed. Also although I followed the instructions religiously, it didn't cover my roots entirely. I would recommend leaving it for 45 not 30 mins. Thirdly it left my hair very dry. Included conditioner did nothing at all. Is this really L'Oréal?

Not quite the colour I hoped for

This came out brown not blonde, a bit of a disappointment.Nicely conditioned tho and looks very natural.
