Lacks Reliability
Windows version: This seemed to be exactly what I was looking for, and it is a very stylish and unique design. It is light, small, and eye-catching. The ability to write directly on paper, and it appear on screen, ready for conversion into text, was wonderful. Unfortunately, mine stopped working after 6 days of very light use. For two days nothing would make it turn on, it had "died" on me!!!!! Then just as I had given up on it and was returning it to Amazon, it started up!! I returned it because I felt it would be too unreliable and I would never trust it again. Amazon were great and gave a full refund immediately. One more point to note - I purchased this as a new item from Amazon and when I tried to register the product with Lenovo, it would not let me, stating the "Warranty had expired on 27.02.18" which was 2 months before my purchase. Many people have had good experiences with this product, but it seems a bit of a lottery as to whether you get one that works or not.
