Size L. I'm 5'3, 153 lbs, and I usually wear a size10 or 12 in jeans. I really like the bottoms, they are very flattering, they look just like the photo, but I don't think they are true true to size. They were tight around my waist. I thought about ordering an XL, but the L came up well above my navel. I can't imagine how high the XL would rise. I believe the L would be perfect for someone 5'7, 150.

I am a little on the fluffy side and was worried about this, I did have to return the large and get an XL. But that XL fit me beautifully and I loved it.

I am a naturally modest person and I'm never really that comfortable in a swimsuit (kinda feels like I'm in my underwear), and I REALLY don't like when my a** cheeks are hanging out, so I appreciate the coverage these bottoms give in the back. There's still a little poking out but it's not obscene lol. These are also kind of high rise so you get a little tummy shape wear action too. Very happy with these!

This is another very comfortable bathing suit bottom that offers great tummy control, but the leg openings are way too wide.
