Received it quickly being that is was prime. Liked the look and feel of it however I had to return it as three of us tried to take out the extra links and none of us could get it to work. Read the instructions and used the tool exactly as displayed however it would we could not event get one link off. Not sure if it was a fluke or what but was pretty bummed.***I would like to updated that I have received an email from this seller inquiring on my purchase and offering to send me a different tool to try to adjust the links. However, since I had already returned the band, I am unable to see if that would have worked. I have increased another star for that quick customer service attempt.******I am further updating my review to now be 5 Stars. After my previous purchase and review, I received emails from Pugo Top's customer service department as mentioned previously. Since I had already returned the band, they further offered to send me a replacement band at no cost since I did not have a good experience the first time. I have received the new band and had no problems removing the extra links with this one. It is a beautiful band and thankfully now it fits! Definitely worth trying especially when the company is quick to respond and cares so much about their customers experience.

So I don’t know what I’m more impressed with... the watch band or the link removal tool as both are great!My wife and I have bought different bands for our Watches over the years and they always come with a pretty flimsy tool to remove links. This is NOT the case with this band. The tool is solid, the pin pusher isn’t flimsy and the whole tool is easy to manage. It even came with two additional pin pushers!The band itself is classy, not at all gaudy! It’s made up of both a flat and polished stainless steel giving it a two tone appearance.The butterfly latch has yet to fail, giving me piece of mind the watch won’t go flying off.This has a good, solid feel and weight unlike some bands that feel lightweight, almost hollow if that makes sense?It looks great with the new Apple Watch 4 as you can see in the photos.For the price, you really can’t go wrong!

UPDATE:After my earlier review, the seller contacted me and wanted to make things right. He suggested sending me the Ultra-thin series band in stainless for my 42mm Apple Watch. After receiving it I can say with certainty, it was the way to go. The Ultra-Thin is nearly identical in width to the standard bands with ship with the watch (maybe just a little more narrow). If you have smaller arms or like the width of the standard Apple bands, then the Ultra-thin is the way to go. I've posted photos of all three bands (Apple and both PUGO Top) to help you decide what's best for you.If you have smaller wrists or don't like wider bands, just know this band is extremely wide. Like a cuff. Basically as wide as the watch body itself. Just be aware.

After trying different bands I realized that my choices of metal bands are limited to those with removable links since most 42 mm/44 mm bands are primarily made to fit medium/large wrists and won't fit my small wrist (5.5 in. = 140 mm). Even Apple's 44 mm Milanese Loop can fit 150 mm and up. I am glad I found this one.Watching a YouTube video before removing the links was helpful. Pay attention to the direction of the pin removal as indicated by the arrows printed on the back. I had to add some height with post-it notes so the pin inside the link would line up with the tool's pin. To push the pin back in, I tapped with a hammer by covering the links with a thin cloth.I removed six links altogether to fit my 5.5 inch wrist.I preferred how this band's ends attach to the Watch compared to another similar band.

I like this product. I waited a while to write a review to see to provide a better review. I got it about two months ago and I wear it very often. The product is of good quaility. I also like the kit that came with it to adjust the band to your size. The kit is easy to use!

This metal watch band is an excellent way to “class-up” your Apple Watch. The color and shape matched my Apple Watch 2 perfectly - it actually looks like it came manufactured that way. I’ve worn it for a couple of days and can confirm it’s a comfortable fit.This is a side note, but this band comes with a device to help you remove extra links to fit your wrist size. This is an awesome tool - I actually ended up using it to adjust a couple of my other metal watch bands.

Great product. Good seller. Wish the band was a little thinner.
