So The Quality Of The Overall Chair Is Decent. The assembly was very simple and took around 30 mins. After all was said and done i've had a couple days to get used to it and notice the good and bad. The good is its a super kool looking chair and its a 4 of 5 on overall base quality. The comfort is a 4 out of 5. The bad is the foot rest/leg extender is flimsy and basically useless (I honestly wouldnt be surprised if it broke off at some point) The knob to bring the chair up and down is cheaply made and the massager setup is technically a vibrater. There are 3 speeds with individual sections for neck, thigh, lunbar and back. The thigh vibrator is noticeabally weak compared to the other 3 vibrating sections even at high speed which is dissapointing. What really aggravates me is the foot rest aka leg extender rattles due to the bolt that prevents it from completly coming off of the chair while the thigh vibrator is in use due to it being right underneath the seat. I wouldn't buy it if i had a redo! And the response time from the seller is terrible. Every time i asked a question it took over 24 hours for a response. And with my final question i got no response what so ever. Hard pass/Regret with my purchase 😔

I was expecting the seat to be much more comfortable. For me, the seat cushion is what makes the chair comfortable or not. Having a thin seat cushion, is like wearing a pair of jogging shoes with a thin insole. Also, the seat cushion is not very breathable. The chair is comfortable when I recline it all the way back, but I bought it mainly for sitting up straight. If the manufacturer could invest more in the seat cushion, I think this could be a 5-star chair.

Great chair, well constructed, easy to assemble..wide enough to let a bigger person sit comfortably...well padded ..massager is a plus ..the only thing is the recliner portion only comes to your calves..ankle and feet hang over..otherwise 👍

The chair:Comfortability is just OK, which might be due to the massage feature. The back I wish was a little straighter up and down, when locked still lays back a little far for my liking. The worst thing is the casters on this chair, I have vinyl planking floor and these casters do not roll nice at all. They don't spin in the sockets so they are marking up the floor when try to roll around the work station.
