I drink this every month when I get my monthly and it slows everything down I dont get the cramps or they heaviness like I normally would.It tastes great and is good hot or cold. I highly recommend it to all females.

Ladies, if you have horrible period cramps like me then you need to give this tea a try. I found a video on Tik Tok of a girl talking about ways to help period cramps and she mentioned raspberry tea. Honestly, I was skeptical. How is a tea going to help my cramps....A little back story, I decided to take a break from birth control. Doing so brought back my really really really bad cramps. We are talking about gagging, nausea, cramping, bloating, etc. I drink this tea the first few days of my cycle and really alleviated the pain. My most recent period was surprisingly easy to get through - almost no cramping. The taste is not my favorite, but I will easily look past it because of how much it helps me. Will continue to repurchase.

This product has very little smell, steeps to a beautiful pinkish- red color and does not need an addition of honey or lemon to drink.

If you suffer for heavy periods with pain get this! Drink it a week leading up toYour period and while your on it! I suffer for heavy heavy periods like I’m talking changing 4x a night . Getting out of bed and it’s like a faucet is turning on ! When I started drinking this it’s reduced the heaviness so much! Get it now it works!

This is by far my favorite tea. I have been drinking it for about 18 years now and still loving it! I would be so sad if it ever went away.
