I go to the gym or work out at home and feel so much better have these replacement meal shakes. They contain everything you need and my skin, hair and nails are much better because of the protein and vitamins. Doesn’t make me feel bloated like other shakes because you use water not milk and it’s gluten free. I ordered 4. Mainly get these because they are quick to make and easy to drink while on the go. Anyway thought I would take it one step further and have the strawberry and blueberry as I’m trying to up my protein intake plus love the additional minerals and vitamins in these and the new ones even have green tea extract.These are nice but I wouldn’t say as nice as the normal ones purely because these are made with water rather than milk but I suppose you could add nut milks but I didn’t want to take my calories over. They are ok blended with ice but doesn’t make them as thick as the normal ones. The flavour is nice. It’s working for me and it’s also made the bad habits I’d got myself into over the last couple of years really obvious to me, so when I’ve reached my target (middle of August if not before) I’ll go back to how I was before those bad habits set in. I do as instructed on the back of the packaging, adding 250ml water, 4 spoonfuls of powder, I add 3 shots of aloe Vera juice in mine and ice and it’s beautiful. Really easy to swallow, it’s not stupidly thick but it does really fill you up. Started taking it when it arrived and I feel an improvement already! Hopefully shift this 4lbs I’ve put on during lockdown before I return to work in June!
