I've never shaved my head before. I bought this on a whim when it was on sale. I honestly expected it to be pretty crappy. It isn't.It's more quiet than my fancy $350 Braun razor, and the 7 cutters are better-suited for shaving broad areas like my head. The final result is not razor-close. You can definitely feel the tiny stubble left behind, but it looks fine. Certainly good enough for everyday use, but if you're looking for an absolutely smooth scalp this is not what you want. But I'm far too lazy to do a blade shave of my head every day, and I'd almost certainly miss a spot or two anyway.With this it too me less than 5 minutes to shave my entire head, and I'm sure with practice I can shave that down (heh) quite a bit.It's surprisingly comfortable to hold, and the way it's designed it's never out of balance, unlike with a normal handle. I started with 100% charge, according to the LED, and finished with 92%. It has two speeds - 7500 RPM and 7000RPM. Why you'd ever want the slower speed is beyond me.Cleaning is easy, the entire cutter is held on by magnets, so you can just pop it off and hold it under running water. It feels secure. I don't think with normal use the cutter would ever come off accidentally.All in all it seems well designed and an excellent value for the money. If it later falls apart or something I'll update this review with the details.

I've had it over a year. If you have let your hair get too long I recommend going over it with a pair of clippers first, then using this. If you keep it maintained, meaning you will use this once or twice a week it does great by itself. I have found wetting the head works better for me. Taking a hand towel and wetting it with hot water and Judy letting it sit on my head for a minute before going over it, and it just takes less than a minute or two to do the rest. Cleaning is easy. I've never had to change the blades out. Battery life is great! Charges up really quick with USB C. It has really changed my life when it comes to shaving my head. It shaves much closer down than my clippers ever could, and in a quarter of the time. It is so much easier to clean up and store. I highly recommend.

Forget the Baldie Pro, Buy this one.7000-7500 rpm is plenty of speed for close, smooth shaving MyBaldie Pro stopped functioning properly after its first exposure to water.This one has been used both dry and wet and works perfectly. Just make sure you clean it regularly for the closest possible shave. It is easy to wonder where all of the hair goes. this is why you must clean it as you go if your hair is thick(it cuts the hair so finely, that most of it accumulates in the shaver's head). I rated this 4 stars only because it didn't come with any other attachments.Nothing cuts as close as a blade but you can get reasonably close when wet shaving with this 7D razor. One last thing, it doesn't;t require an oddball charging cable, you can use a USB-C cable and charger(a charger of 2.4to3 amps is best, and the shaver has current limiting built in to protect it from overcharging. GO BUY IT, YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

Hi Everyone! I don't write too many reviews but had to chime in on this one. I have been shaving my head for several years now and was a big wet shaver with real razor blades for awhile until I went for convenience. I was a devoted Skull shaver customer for years until I met this device this week and it shows that tech is catching up. My one complaint with the skull shaver is buying replacement blades every 3 months and needing two kinds to shave my head and face well. I now use One Lion from skull shaver for my face after going over it with what I use on my head and its a good system. The other issue is wear out. I find myself buying new or warrantying my $110 skull shaver Gold once a year to 18 months because they break or cease to function... somewhere in there I'm buying blades for 35 bucks every 3 months. This time when my Gold unit broke out of warranty, I went online here at amazon and could have had a new one with a blade module delivered the next day for $110 or I could try this thing for $35 with discount.. Which is the price of a Skull shaver blade!.... So I have use it 3 times now and mostly love it... Guess what?? It works just as good if not better! I get just as smooth of a shave on face and head and barely need the One Lion! Cleaning is super easy as the blade module separates by a magnet and sticks right back after the rinse. Skull shaver snaps off and on more cheaply. The spaces inside each blade are larger so I anticipate not getting as much hair clipping build up that clogs it forcing you to do a surgical cleaning or buy a new blade. It had two power settings but I just keep it at 75 watts and its more powerful than skull. Clean up is easy. My only drawback with it is you can't palm the blade module with the motor behind your hand. The blade only slides into the unit with no twist like Skull shavers and the motor unit will fall off. This should be addressed in future designs. The larger blade surface gets more hair faster and covers more ground. It works well and I have no irritation. It charged up fast with the included C USB cord but you can just use the one you use for your Android phone. Looks like replacement blades at only $20 here on amazon and there are many other companies knocking off versions of this... I will update as time goes by but right now this is a winner!! If it breaks in 3-6 months?? So what? it was just 35 bucks and I'm ahead of the game but it appears to be build solid. I haven't tried it in the shower and probably wont however it boasts water resistance so you can wet shave. Bye Bye Skull Shaver! This is not Chinese junk people! I recommend it.

I have been using this shaver for my head and face for 6 months now.For the price it is great.Is it the best shave I have had? No! But it only cost less than $40.My Braun one was much better. It was not $40...I can tell you it does the job. Especially if you use it every day.I can also tell you that trying to shave a 4 day growth is not comfortable.It will pull hairs rather than cut them and I am fine with that.If i need to get the buzz on or have a wet shave so be it.I am very happy with the length of battery charge. It last me around 10 shaves, head and face so just the head or just the face probably twice as many shaves.Cleaning is a piece of cake just pop the blade holder off and use the supplied brush to get all the hairs out.If this fails but lasts me 3 years before it fails I will buy the same one again.
