It started smoking. There's a burnt rubber like smell.pany.
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this January 17, 2024. I didn't try to use it until today March 18, 2024. Within less than 10 seconds of use it started smoking. I've never seen anything like that before. There's a burnt rubber like smell. I unplugged it as quickly as possible. I didn't think to record until after I calmed down and it was still smoking some. It's past the return date and I don't know how to contact the company. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Works well
It is a nice little mixer. I have arthritis in my hands so this smaller mixer is perfect for me. I do not bake a lot either, so again it is perfect. The only problem is the beaters do not come off easily. I press the release button but it does not work so I have to work hard at pulling them off.

I love it!
It’s as big as my hand and fits my small hands perfectly. What shocked me was that it has the same power of the larger ones, I ditched my older one (it was too big and clunky to hold and I don’t regret this decision). I use it all the time and it’s super easy to clean!
