Beautiful, strdy chair
Well designed, study and crafted chair. Very comfortable to sit at decent height from the ground. Particularly, those with lower back pain and knee pain must use this. Manufacturer took every care to pack this carefully. So, there was no damage during the transit. All with orthopaedic problem must use this.

Not comfortable and not designed well.
The backrest on the chair is at a 90deg angle making sitting on this chair difficult for more than 10mins.Not sure if there is a return policy for this product.

Look and quality is good. Average comfort as there is no inclination
Look and quality is good. Little small for people whose size is above XL. No inclination in the back and it is straight. may not be comfortable for all who wants to lean back. Is ideal if you want to.sit straight and work / study. It would me mor comfortable if the depth is increased by 3+inches

I ordered this chair and initially, there was a slight issue with the product. I called the vendor and Mr. Bansal was very kind and supportive and changed the product within the week. The vendor remained in touch and called me continuously regarding the updates on redelivery. Finally, I got a new chair. The wood quality and finishing are very good, the product is robust, and I would love to buy the product from this vendor again. Highly recommended to buy wooden furniture from M/S Bansal.
