I have only been using this device for a few days but I absolutely love it. Being almost 30 and having dealt with acne for half of my life, I will tell you that this device when combined with your normal facial cleaning regiment is very, very effective. All those years I simply used my hands to wash my face ... I wish I had thought to use something like this years ago but we live and learn. I can already tell that my face appears more radiant. This scrubber does a great job at buffering your skin, removing dead skin cells and getting you cleaner than you would be if you just used your hands. I wanted to write this review from the perspective of someone looking to get more out of their normal hygiene regiment. Please note that I have tried similar things in the past, only smaller, and would not recommend them even if they are specifically designed for exfoliation. The bristles on this "sponge" are longer than the exfoliating kinds, but appear to be just as effective. It is easy to hold onto in the shower once you figure it out and it fills your whole hand so you don't take forever trying to wash yourself with a tiny silicone brush. Hope this helps some of you!

Started using these over the scruncy thing that needs to be replaced every 30 days. Hard to build up a lather compared to the scruncy (trick is to load a ton on the side you scrub with and build a lather before using).Great for exfoliating. Had rough skin on the back of my arms - they are much smoother now. Same with the back of my ankle. Removed that dead skin up near the toes too. People don't spend enough time on cleaning their feet when showering (you can see this when they get pedicures) - this helps keep my feet clean and smooth.

I have used as a body sponge. Put the soap (or foam) on the bristles, fold it together to massage into bristles. The back has straps (almost looks like a sandal) that can easily fit your hand. I have to reapply the soap about 3 times per shower. This leads to increased soap usage. I've switches to a device that creates a foam as it is applied (Dove foaming). I feel clean and I works well on my feet and toes, easily getting between and into the crevices of the nails. I bought two at the same time, and have experimented with it in the kitchen. I soak most of my baked on or stuck on issues. These will not scrape off those items, unsoaked. I'm still up in the air on it's usefulness in the kitchen; however, a recent research article indicates that cleaning a sponge in the dishwasher or even treating in the dishwasher, promotes the growth of resistant organisms. I know it seems unlikely, but that is what the evidence indicates.

despite the holes for your hand and fingers, it slips around like crazy because of the soap. Also, it does not clean well at all. Overall it requires too much effort and amounts to little or no cleaning happening. You would be just as well off if you rubbed soapy hands on your body instead.

I bought a two pack of these almost a year ago for my boyfriend and I, mine has done nothing but become a mold factory since the day I received it. My boyfriend’s on the other hand has not had a single ounce of mold. I even tried to switch their spots in our shower, thinking that may be the issue, even removing it from the shower to dry. How do I clean this product? I have tried soaking it in bleach, boiling water, and I’m about to try a baking soda/vinegar mix, but nothing has helped so far... I thought that this product would be cleaner than a normal loofah, but I have had nothing but trouble with mine from the start!? HELP.

No more smelly washcloths, these silicone hand held scrubbers feel great on the body, and short hair people can use to massage their scalps while shampooing or conditioning, feels wonderful head to toe. A little massage while bathing and these go easily in top rack of dishwasher to clean once a week or you can hand wash with antibacterial soap. Either way, super easy, quick and they last a long time. I've given a couple of these as suggestions for others and they loved them too

I've been wanting to try a silicone alternative to a loofah for awhile. I was very disappointed with this. First it is HUGE, even for my husbands hands. It makes it very difficult to navigate smaller areas like armpits. Second, it does NOT lather like a regular loofah. I either had to use twice as much soap, or scrub pretty hard to get my regular amount of soap to last as long as it usually does. Looks like it's back to a normal loofah for me.

I actually stumbled upon this product because I was looking for a silicone sponge for doing the dishes, rather than as a body scrubber. I love that there is a handle on the back so I can fit my fingers through it, even with rubber gloves on, to scrub the dishes without it flailing everywhere (that's the major complaint on most of the other silicone dish sponges - they're VERY flexible and a bit hard to control). So far, I've been extremely pleased with how this has worked out, even though I'm primarily only using the top portion. My only wish is that it was a little smaller, maybe the size of the handles, but that's very particular to my own needs for it as a dish sponge. As a body scrubber, it's probably the perfect size!

The Wife loves it. Keeps her kitty nice and soft after a waxing.
