Damaged products in perfect packaging. What happened to Quality Control?
I have had 3 sets of these legs now. 2 @ 16" and 1 @ 28".Only ONE set of the 3 was perfect.On one 16" set and the 28" set the bottoms of the legs were chipped with missing paint.Important to note is that the boxes they were delivered in were UNDAMGED, and each leg is individually seals in its own wrapping. None of the wrappings contained the missing chips/flakes of paint; so the damage is being incurred during manufacture and the product is still being wrapped & shipped for sale "CHIPPED or NOT".I have raised it with the seller and their offer is to refund a portion of the sale price or have you go through the hassle of return and take pot-luck on another set. It would be better if they actually fixed the problem at source (their supplier).
