Q: Will the formula dilute over time if mixed in a bottle?

It shouldn't, I use mine bi-weekly. I have it in a clear bottle, It does tend to settle on top but just a shake will mix it back up.

Q: Does your product have the azadirachtin? I noticed it doesn't say anything about it.

I don't think so. It is not listed anywhere on the bottle

Q: Is it effective in conrolling Sphaerocerid or dung flies?

I use the need oil to help control grasshoppers and it works. I understand that it does help with your issues as well.
