Great item
I purchased this as an advent calendar for my daughter's boyfriend who loves nutcrackers. This is a great quality item and can be reused many times over the years. The only product change I would do is put a stopper in the back of the box so as you open the drawer, the whole drawer wouldn't come out. But otherwise fantastic quality.

Unique find!
The kids loved this unique Advent calendar. Definitely for elementary aged kids not younger. A little fragile and you have to be careful not to tip it forward when pulling out the drawers. Four starbursts fit nicely in the drawers.

Drawers are very small
It is super cute, but nothing I bought to fill it with will fit in the drawers... Only money and chocolate kisses fit nicely. Fun size candy bars have to be shoved in to make them fit. Chocolate truffles will not fit... Really bummed.

Pleasantly surprised
We ordered this because there's very little on the market as far as resable advent calendars, and an even smaller selection with nicely-sized drawers. So we weren't expecting much. But this turned out to be perfect for what we needed. The drawers are simple boxes inside a wooden lattice structure. So the drawers take a little wiggling to get out but that kind-of adds to the suspense😊The illustrations are cute, and the drawer size is perfect for two or three small candies or similar-sized items. The overall size is really quite perfect too... big enough to be noticeable but not so big it dominates the space it's in.

I ordered this item when it was on sale, $18.99. I am very happy with this advent calendar. After reading some of the other reviews, I got a little worried it wasn’t going to be nice, however it is exactly what I was looking for. I can put small candies in and notes for Christmas activities.

So it's not the highest quality but it works great and for $12, I bought a second one. I recommended it to my family as well.
