Wish the cooling beads band was wider
I love my blubandoo neck wraps and often wear them around my head but need a hat for shade so figured why not try the hat for a 2 in 1. I wish the band of cooling beads was wider though, extending farther up the hat, because it feels like they're not even there. Pouring water on the hat from my water bottle while hiking helps a little but I can do that with any old hat. Please make the cooling beads band wider!

Not Exactly
The material is very stiff even after wetting and drying, the color is much darker than advertised—-that being said I owned one of these before and it was “floppy” not ridged so the stying is off but it works!

Truly does keep me cooler!
Love this hat! Fits great after it's, when I perspire, the droplets go into the rim instead of my eyes & keeps me much cooler! Great for this Florida heat & humidity!!!

Nice hat
This is a replacement for one that was lost. Very nice to have the cooling crystals on hot hikes. It would have gotten 5 stars if it had the chin strap like the old one.

Doesn’t actually cool
It’s cute and fits well, but it isn’t cooling at all. It actually made my head warmer. I think the material is to thick to let the water evaporate which would be how it cools. I’ve owned many ‘cooling’ products so I’m familiar with how it is supposed to work.The brim isn’t very wide so it doesn’t offer great sun protection.
