Perfect for my son to remind him that he is awesome and he can do things even when he thinks stuff is hard. I also took it and at the top of each page is a margin and in that area i wrote him a motivational saying so when he can read a new one each time he turns to a new page to write.

This book is cute. I bought it to give to a student who is struggling with emotions. It is soft cover which only matters because all of the writing/lined pages are on the left side which is a little inconvenient for most righties. For some reason I thought the lined pages and the drawing pages would be split as groups. As in half of the book would be consecutive pages of each. I don't think it will matter, it will still work for my intention.

This book is very disappointing. It is basically just a book of lined pages that are blank. I thought that it would have mindfulness techniques hints quotes motivational sayings, something, but no it is completely blank. I could have just bought her a notebook much cheaper!

Great for kids journal

Quite nice as a present for a teenager. The quality is quite good but nothing special and they are a bit reminiscent of a school exercise book, so not particularly cheap at the price. I do like the slogan on the cover, though.
