This mask made my hair soft and smooth as it claims to do. A little goes a long way. I have thick, coarse hair so it did help with softness. My only complaint is that it has a strong chemical smell that I don't like at all.

I wish half stars were available but since I can't do a 3.5 I went with 4 star. Upon first notice like others reviews, no instructions at all. And when I had to go back to ad on Amazon to read directions there they were very vague. Wet hair, dry hair, how much??? I ended up on wet hair 15 minutes then rinsed. Secondly the smell is so overwhelming, it's not a unpleasant smell but it is quite strong! Even after rinsing and drying all day long it was so strong. Almost to the point I debated using it again. However, I noticed a considerable improvement to texture frizz and seriously noticed a huge improvement when I curled it with curler. Usually I end up with dry feeling curls due to the over processing with heat after blow drying then high temp curling, it looked so much healthier and seemed to really protect against heat. I only used once and with such an improvement I feel it will do really well after more applications. Since directions are so bad, and I have no idea how often to use it, I will use twice a week since I know my hair is very very dry and over processed. If I hadn't seen such huge improvement I would not have even given a second thought to using it again mostly due to smell, but since it worked so good, it's a small inconvenience for healthier hair. No directions is quite a hassle for customers to guess at how to use a product they paid money for, so that really should be reconsidered on packaging. For the results I've seen price is very reasonable. I will order again because it really did work and the price is so good

My hair takes a beating from the sun because I spend a lot of time outdoors in the garden or at the beach because I just don’t like to wear a hat. Even while protecting my hair with a UV spray, it still gets very dry from the sun exposure. I wanted to try this hair mask to see if it could repair my hair and make it soft or shiny. There are no instructions on the container, but because I’ve used hair masks before I just shampooed my hair and then used the mask instead of conditioner. The fragrance is quite powerful and my husband was not a fan of the overpowering smell. In addition, my hair seemed soft but it was drier than normal. I don’t think I’ll use it again because of the smell and because I don’t think it is going to benefit my damaged hair.

So strongly scented it's ridiculous. I'm not a fan of scented products except sol de janeiro. For some reason I can tolerate some of their scents. Anyway, aside from the overpowering aroma and lack of instructions it's also a subpar mask. Some people aren't going to need a protein in their hair so it will react the opposite of what they'd expect. My daughter can't use too many protein products or her hair feels dried out and straw like.If I could I'd rate this 2.5 stars. Right in the middle. Average. Not worth a premium price but will do well for some people. Better than dollar tree products but lesser than premium brands at ulta.

I got this hair mask for my long, medium thickness hair. It came in a pretty large container which once I took the seal off, noticed it was about half full. This really should be in a smaller canister for ease of storage, transport, everything. The scent once opened is very strong and lingers on your hair. I found it way too strong for my taste.The product itself it pretty thick. I applied it to my hair and it definitely felt softer and I was able to comb it through my hair very easily. There aren't instructions on the package but I left it on for 5ish minutes. I definitely didn't want it on much longer owing to the strong scent. It didn't leave my hair greasy or too weighed down although that might be an issue with finer hair.Finally, the ingredients do contain parabens which some people try to avoid.So overall, I think the negatives outweigh the positives of this product, and I'll look elsewhere if I want a keratin hair mask in the future.

This is made my hair so soft and no disability less frizz. A little goes a long way especially for my long thick curly hair. Does not smell too bad works great leaves a shine. Good value for the money and something I would definitely use again.
