Great charger
Gotta say I really like this charger. Bought one about a year ago, then on a night out a couple months ago my girl needed a charger since her phone was about to die and I said she could use mine but "DO NOT LOSE IT!" because I use it constantly. Well thats about the first thing she did lol. Left it in the Uber that dropped us off not 10 min later. Partially my fault since I was there but she replaced it anyway. Its good quality, sturdy (dropped the old one a couple times and no issues) and charges pretty fast. Especially a phone. I mainly use it for mobile gaming devices (Steam Deck, PS Portal, Switch etc) while I'm chilling outside on the patio and the battery is dying. Recharges those pretty well while I'm still playing. Depends on the system, but usually fully charges those within an hour or so and still around half battery left so its super useful for that amd can still charge a phone if i need to. Haven't tried it with a laptop since I dont use those outside the house much but have no doubt it would do the trick depending how power hungry it is. But for the price, and got both on sale for around 50 or 60, I'm super happy with it.

Can't live without it
I have MacBook 14 and separate KYY portal monitor. I purchased this battery over 3 months ago. I use this battery daily to be able to work outdoor on my deck, traveling, etc. It holds great charge (at least for me). Many times I'm charging multiple devices.Once I accidentally put the AC charging cable in Out2 port instead of In/Out1 and the battery didn't charge. I contacted customer support who responded within a day (diff time zone). They were very helpful and polite.

SO convenient!
I needed a portable charger for school and vacation trips for my phone and laptop. This power bank is very light weight, just slightly heavier than an iphone 15 pro and also fits just fine in my pockets. Not only that, it can charge my 15 pro from 8% to 100% in a few minutes and only using up 11% of its power. Its size makes it very convenient to carry around just in case my phone is about to die or my laptop needs to charge right before class for taking notes.

Fantastic Power Banks
I bought 2 of these one for my wife and one for myself for the steam deck and we have both had them for months at this point and they both are working fantastic still! So nice to charge up devices fast and not have a crappy power bank that goes out shortly! We also got two of their 100 watt wall chargers that are both working great too!

Awesome power bank that charges super fast
I travel the world on foot and over the past three years I’ve walked more than 8000 miles. Right now I’m hiking the Pacific Crest Trail for the second time and since my budget is quite limited I don’t plan on staying in hotels or hostels more than once a month.Naturally I was looking for a power bank that charges quickly, something I could plug in at a store or café and have it fully charged while I’m busy doing other things. Most power banks on the market take 6 to 8 hours to charge fully which doesn’t work for me. But the UGREEN has a 65W input port and that allows it to charge from 0 to 100% in just 1 hour and 35 minutes. I just tested it and it’s true. It’s worth noting though that to get fast charging you need the right charger and cable. A charger that delivers 65W from a single port and a cable that can handle that level of power. I’m using all UGREEN gear and I couldn’t be happier with it.

Reliable portable charging for all your devices
I've been using this unit fairly regularly for about a year now and it still delivers. I've had it power everything from standard phones and tablets to laptops and portable router units. It is a bit of a chonky boy but that is to be expected for a battery pack of this size. It is still quite portable however. Speaking of portability, if there is any complaint, the surface is very smooth which can lead to drops if you aren't careful so invest in a case or a sleeve that will give you some traction.I live in a particularly hot climate which can be tricky when doing high speed charging but the unit seems to know how to regulate itself to prevent overheating. All in all a really good deal, especially if you can find it on sale.Another winner from Ugreen.

Least reliable battery I have tested
I purchase a lot of USB batteries for my self and my employees. I've gone through various brands and models. Of all the batteries I've tested, these seem to be the least reliable. I purchased 5 of these batteries and withiin the first week of usage, 3 of them have already failed. On the first one, I charged it up to 100% and as soon as I plugged it into my phone, the screen went dark and no power flowed. Nothing I did would bring it back alive again. I tried plugging it into my charger again and it just got super hot, the LED display would never turn on again and it would never supply power. The other two worked for a couple days, but the battery percentage display shows erratic numbers. One was at 100% when I started using it and then a minute later it said 66%. Then a couple minutes later it said 86%. This was all while drawing only a 4 watt load on the USB-C line.I really wanted to like these batteries because the ports, wattage output, and size were upgrades from my existing favorite battery, but the reliability of this battery just isn't even remotely close enough to justify the change.
