Great place set for the Price.
I bought this for my 3 year daughter for her birthday and she loves it. The only thing i didn't like was it took me and my wife about 6 hours to put it together but i guess thats just part of it. Everything is built very well and once put together its pretty strong so safely is not a big concern for me when my kids are playing outside. I would recommend this from ages 3-8 years old.

GREAT value for the money
We agonized over the decision to buy this swing set. We were worried that it would be chintzy and we would end up wishing we had spent the extra $600-$800 for a ‘real’ swing set. I am 100% glad we went with this one. It is surprisingly sturdy once constructed. Some of the wood components were a little flimsy, but it’s well engineered. And our 3 year old LOVES it, and won’t outgrow it for years. It was a GIANT pain in the butt to assemble. Took my father in law and I full day and then some to put it together, and we’re both pretty handy. I’ve seen some reviews say it’s equivalent to assembling IKEA furniture, but I would say it’s more difficult, because you have to be precise with leveling and centering, or the entire structure can get out of whack. Ultimately, it was a rewarding project, and we have already spent dozens of hours out in the yard on the swing set.

Not a full size swing set
If looking for a full size swing set this is not it. Seems a bit flimsy and wood is of medium quality. Not bad for the price but if looking for thick wood set, you need to spend the extra money.

low quality wood and horrible customer service response time
Extremely difficult to put together. Cheaply made, low quality wood and horrible customer service response time. The kids seem to like the finally finished product.

HEAVY, SOLID & INEXPENSIVE. MID-RANGE QUALITY... WE ARE HAPPY!
Keeping in mind you get what you pay for, however I truly feel that this purchase is the exception... this would have been a 5 STAR rating had the "A" frame of the playset had been 4X4's instead of 2X4's and thin pieces of boards placed together to gain strength in the frame. When the 2 boxes and 1 slide arrived I was EXTREMELY skeptical. One box was about 5'X2'X1' the other was probably 3'X2'X1' and the slide itself arrived only in a plastic bag. It looked extremely small as if it were missing a couple more boxes. We actually asked the delivery guys if that was it? They were pleasant and helpful rechecking the truck. They arrived earlier than scheduled between 9am-9pm (actually arrived around 8:30am or so) that was fine with us, as we didn't have to wait all day long for it to arrive. We started opening boxes to take inventory and after unpacking the boxes and found it hard to believe that all that fit into the box it came out of.Assembly took 2 1/2 days we spent 3 hrs each day starting the delivery day and the 3rd day took the remainder of the 9 hr. assembly party. Starting out I'd recommend laying out all the lumber in piles numerically (each piece has a stamped number in the end of it). I was pleasantly surprised when I found the nuts, washers and bolts were sorted in separate bags and numbered accordingly. This made it EXTREMELY EASY to figure out which bolt/washer/nut when to what. Again, I recommend laying them out numerically (number sequence). I used a trash bin for a makeshift work/assembly top, I'm 6'3" and it was just the right height for where I needed some of the boards to be in order to assemble them properly. Many needed to be laid out on the ground and assembled there. Also, your going to need a partner to make it easier. Instructions are a bit hard to understand at first, once you become familiar with them you start to understand them much better. My wife an I went through it fairly easy, she read instructions and assisted with the drawing assembly as depicted. Together we got the set up fairly quick and with only 1 mistake. Be sure you look at each drawing carefully, take note as to which direction each board is shown in the drawings, it makes it easier as they pre-drilled holes and many if not all had two holes side by side with only one of them lining up when placed the right direction. It's a little hard to figure out at times but if you notice pre-drilled holes and the direction the drawings show them placed you should be fine. Our mistake wasn't bad, it was the back of the tower floor board, we placed it upside down which allowed the back floor board to be accessed easily by the child on the monkey bars crawling up on top of the tower floor. The way they had drawn them was with the board raised higher creating a ridge which anyone climbing up would have to clear their feet over in order to access the upper loft area of the treehouse tower. Anyway, I had to add a 1 1/2" X 1 1/2" board on the back area floor where we made our mistake in order to have all the floor boards level. It could have been easily switched around to the correct position however I decided it was best for us this way as it would have had a raised ridge the other way and I felt it may create a trip hazard the intended way. I'll add a photo later on showing what I'm talking about.Overall I give this playset a 8 on a 1-10 scale of how easy it was to build. We've built sheds together and other complicated assemblies together and this one was one of the easier builds. I've read several other comments on this set elsewhere that others were disappointed on the quality and size of this playset, I however was impressed at the quality we did get for the price we paid. The playset is solid and heavy once assembled. It does need staked in the ground in order to keep it from rocking back and forth when two 30lb children are swinging at the same time. For one 30lb child I don't see it being a huge problem if it's not staked down, again it's heavy after its assembled. The set is heavy and solid, the slide is well made/thick heavy plastic. Overall we are very happy with our purchase! Please note: additional photos of the yellow grip handles were add-on items which were purchased separately and added to this set, the handles/grips are NOT included with the swing/playset.NOTE: If you appreciated this review please give it a “thumbs up/like” your helping me to continue to give honest/unbiased insight into products I’ve used and you may have questions about. Interested in a product but don't know enough about it and would like it reviewed? Please let me know and I'll see what I can do... Thank you 🙏

Happy with the purchase
We love it! We were hesitant about purchasing such a large item through Amazon but other stores would not ship to our address. The delivery was easy and the company communicated any possible issue. We are very happy with the swing set. Should last a few years. We are adding a protectant stain/sealant to the wood. We live up north and get heavy snowfall in the winter. Wood is treated but appears to be the kind that is easily weathered. Took my husband about 8 hours to assemble and my teenage some helped with some of the early assembly.
