I love it so far my hair is growing back

Honestly, this product was closer to water than oil. I have many different other oils. I have never experienced oil that feels more like a liquid. I would not buy again.

As I've let my natural gray take over I can't fail to notice my hair is drier than when naturally brown or colored for the past umpteen years. I have been experimenting with a number of different oils to tackle the dryness and came across this 2 pack of Batana Oil ( It is extracted from the nut of the American palm tree) and decided to give it a try. So fair I've been pleased. It's very lightweight, has a very faint and somewhat nutty scent and does the job of tamping down the dry. There are a number of suggestions available through searching as to application. Supplemental to your shampoo or in the conditioner phase of treating hair and then rinsing out; I use it on dry hair by rubbing a few drops between my hands and then putting my hands through my hair. I've never had any ill effects and I do see a hydrating value to it. A little goes a long way. I keep a jar near my work station and use it to keep my cuticles moisturized as well.

i have been using this oil for a few days now. Usually right after shampooing and semi drying the hair. My shoulder length middle aged hair is relatively thinner in texture and tends to have a lot of flyaways. Massaging this oil through the hair reduces them a lot within minutes. I use about half a dropper at a time. The oil does not make the hair look oily or weigh it down. I do shampoo every day so I do not know what it will look like over a couple of days. Overall I like this oil and plan to use up both the bottles.
