New Uline H-596 Packing Tape Dispenser Gun 3-Inch Side Load

A very well-made item that I received the next day sturdily constructed out of mostly metal where possible. I had to return another brand as it was very cheaply made and actually the wrong size was sent to. Worth the extra dollars.

This is a tape gun that gits 3 inch wide rolls of box tape. It still works with standard 2 inch wide tape. I thought I was ordering a standard width tape gun but I miss read the description (my fault) but it worked out good anyways. This tape gun works like a tape gun should. It cuts the tape effortlessly every time.

Great product! Easy to use. The blade is not retractable so cuts the tape better/faster and saves frustration!

Don’t waste your time with the 3m tape gun or any other cheaper gun. This one the tape doesn’t fall off and it works like it should. Best thing is that it’s consistent at working every time. Use the Uline 4’ tape with it it’s worth it. The other brands you need multiple passes and layers of tape this one sticks and hold better with just one

For years I've had a cheap 2 in. tape dispenser that I bought at a big box store. It always had a problem not being able to cut the tape when you wanted it to. That is not the case with this tape dispenser. It cuts exactly when and where you want it to, maybe sometimes a little too easy. It usually isn't a problem though. The tightness adjustment is pretty precise according to what your needs are. I also really like that the "tape threader flap" is large and stays down, making installing a new roll of tape a breeze. Overall this tape dispenser is of good quality and does what it's intended to do well.

This taper is balanced in your hand. It works well. You can use 1.88" or 3" tape. It's one of the best tapers I've used. Highly recommend.
