The first time I used it, it worked as it should, not sure if really added moisture to the air, just felt like it emitted steam but didn't do anything else - so it doesn't seem to be very effective. I used it throughout the day and it was going okay. The next day, I turned it on, it did not work and no steam came out, so I decided to throw the water out and give it a good clean. As I took the product apart, there seemed to be a lot of leakage, which I don't understand how as I had very tightly fastened the lid. So I threw the water out, wiped it down, let it dry and then added water a couple of hours later to test it. And it just didn't do anything, so I threw the water out again and left it for a few days. Today I decided to test it out again and it is working however, there seems to be steam coming out of the centre of the product also, which it shouldn't do. The product doesn't seem to be very secure. So I'm not overly impressed with this product, It is a cheap product so I guess for the price, you can't expect much out of it. It's an "okay" product, but I definitely would not recommend or buy again.

I bought this because I love my smaller humidifiers but wanted one I didn't have to fill up daily. First try I was quite impressed with it. Although the carpet around it was wet. When I went to refill it I notice the base is full of water as if it has leaked out. My carpet is a mess from it. A piece also seems to have come off of it (like a peg with a spring attached). Disappointed as I think the item is therefore broken and not fit for use. Emptied it, dried it out and tried it again multiple times over a few weeks- not working at all. Would like a refund if there was any way to contact the sellers?

It good for the value and does its work. The only thing that would have been better is that there was a lock for the tank and it’s base. Right now they both separate. An interlocking would have kept them together. So it’s easy to lift it together. Otherwise it’s a great product

Fantastic product. The machine very quite and mist level is great. The warm mist feature works really well, tl the touch feels cool, but when you breath it in, the air does feel warm. The nozzels are a fantastic feature which my son started to play with the mist (he needed it for a cold). Can't use a scent with this, but don't feel that's an issue.... This is a far better product that even Vicks make and price is great! Highly recommended.

Product isn’t built very well, Hutton came off first time I used it; electric cable is dodgy and temperamental. Go for something slightly better than this product.

ditch The EU Adaptor that comes with item it is rubbish when you buy a decent one it works perfectly!!!!!!

The media could not be loaded.  leaking everywhere！！and it said it would be delivered no later than 18 Oct. ，but i finally receive it toaday！！！and today is 30 Oct！！！！don't buy it，not worth ！！！
