Right out of the box, the one side of the tongs is literally falling apart. I could pull the steel piece of the handle with a gentle touch. I'm using it today for the first time and don't expect to get more than a dozen uses out of the product in the current condition that it's in. I'll update this as I use the rest of the pieces but the tongs already seem to be of poor quality and I'm disappointed with my purchase from day 1.UPDATED:Within 4 business days, I had already received another box, unbeknownst to me, from Tulbro as a replacement set for my original purchase. The new set was of tongs was much better quality and I look forward to using them. Top notch customer service always gets 5 stars in my book.

I finally found the grilling tools I have been looking for!! :)Call me a bbq geek if you want but I was looking for a real heavy duty grill set which looks very aesthetic and feels super comfortable in my hands. These tools won’t bend: I compared to my old BBQ set and there is a big difference in the sturdiness.That's the real stuff!

I checked beforehand, and I have no idea why this item received several good reviews. The first time I used this set, I tried to pick up a brisket off the grill to turn it, and the fork bent in half. I straightened it and tried to pick it up with the tongs and the fork and the tongs bent over from the handle. I am going to try to return them for something better.J.Culver - Texas

These babies arrived today and I love them already! We have tried so many different bbq sets and I should admit that these are the best so far! They are high quality and DO NOT bend like other brands on the market! I was a little hesitant when purchasing as this set has only 4 pieces in comparison to others, but let's admit it- these are the pieces we all use the most! In addition they came in this cute box which makes them perfect gift for Father's day, Christmas or a birthday! The back of the box describes the different pieces and this is actually my favorite part- the owners have decided to include some humor- having satisfied customers which you can make laugh is amazing! A returning customer!

As soon as I received this set I yelled to my girl “Babe, I have to go get a new grill now.” I had been putting it off, but I’m so excited to use these it’s not even funny. Well... it kind of is because I figured I don’t have to wait. So I use them for everyday cooking too!They come at a great price point, aesthetically pleasing and goes with my kitchen (that’s a bonus), sturdy but not too heavy… just perfect! These are the real deal! Just thinking they could be perfect for gift-giving too. You guys have a returning customer for sure! Yes, yes, yes… I highly recommend this set. Easy to clean too by the way, just in case you were wondering.

As soon as I received this set, I went out back to my grill and took it for a test run. The grips feel great in the hand with and without gloves on, it feels sturdy and has a good weight to it, the insulation is good it did not pass any heat into my hand and they were easy to clean up after use. It's a nicely made product.

Strong sturdy long and perfect. Not to mention 1000% great customer service. Ihave bought other sets and this one is so far the best. Its a MUST buy. So i have to EDIT my review, i actually tried these and they are fantastic! Perfect for the grilled meat and burgers!
