I primarily bought a pair of these to fulfill a request from my wrestling/grappling coach to get a pair of knee pads. When he was suggesting a pair to buy, he suggested that I go with a much more expensive pair of compression sleeves since we also do deadlifts and squats, protecting your knees is crucial/advantageous. He also said that the benefit to compression sleeves over traditional wrestling knee pads is that most wrestling knee injuries are actually friction burns and bruises from making contact with the mats.So far, I have not been disappointed in these. I used the measurement guide and ordered the Large size thinking that they would be a little on the snug side of things. They were just tough enough to put on, but not so tough that I felt like a middle aged housewife trying to relive her youth and squeeze back into her favorite pair of highschool skinny jeans.While the Large size worked out great for deadlifting and squats, they had just a little too much give in order to stay put while wrestling/grappling. I found that I was constantly having to adjust the kneepads and pull them back down.I ended up ordering a pair of Medium and while they are a pain to get on, they stay in place. I now use the Large for squats and deadlifts, and use the Medium for when I grapple/wrestle.My advice is buy according to the size if you are using these while weightlifting, but if you are looking to be actively moving while wearing these, order one size smaller.

I would have given these knee sleeves 5 stars but had to subtract 2 stars due to the petro-chemical smell in the fabric. I ordered these to take on a walking tour overseas and don't have time to return and replace these sleeves otherwise I would. If I put them in a plastic bag inside of my suitcase maybe the smell won't escape to my clothes. Since the walk is outdoors I am hoping that no one notices the noxious smell emanating from my knees. It's really bad! I have already washed them twice and hung them outside to dry with not much of a difference but will keep trying.Otherwise, these knee sleeves are the perfect thickness to provide maximum support to my knees during workouts. They also appear to be very well made and durable but I just can't get past the smell...

I've been using these heavy duty compression supports for my knee for quite a while now. Extremely happy with my purchase. Very comfortable because I wear one on my right knee daily, all day long. It stays in place and I rarely need to adjust. These supports have allowed me to be very active outdoors. I have put them through the ringer for a long time and there is no wear and tear as of yet. I've worn them in rivers and the ocean. When they get wet, it does not affect the support. They feel the same as before I entered the water. They dry quickly while I'm still wearing them. Seriously, these have been a game changer for me and have given me confidence to be active again. In 2018 I had 2 arthroscopic knee surgeries to remove torn meniscus. Healing time has taken forever. These sleeves give me the extra support I need, even if it's just a mental thing. I highly recommend.

This is my first pair of knee sleeves, and they are great. I am 6 ft 2, 260 pounds, and the large size are great. A real snug fit and they helped support the knee tremendously for squats and deadlifts. They also keep the knees warm and limber. The quality of material is good even when you pull them and stretch them tight. If you've never used wraps or sleeves before these are a good set, and will literally improve your lifts on day one.

One of the most successful purchase! I was looking for a pair of knee sleeves for my boyfriend. I searched online for a while and decided to try this brand. I'm very happy that the quality is very good. My boyfriend said they are as good as those which cost double or triple. So far they work very well. He likes the support from the sleeves. They are comfortable and fit well. He uses these daily when he does weight lifting. These really make a difference. He also recommends this brand to his friends. We are very happy to find such a good product with lower price.

I have Level II chondromalacia patellae on both knees and I have been practicing crossfit for almost 3 years now. I was always scared to put up additional weights or perform some specific exercises, so I always wore an elastic knee sleeve for protection. I finally decided to try the neoprene 7mm type and OMG it is so much better. I am so happy with it, it protected my knees, gives the support I need and helps me specially with squats and heavy lifting. I will definitely recommend. True to size and great quality. It gets soaked after an intense workout but it doesn't smell and dries back really fast. 5 stars!

Been going to Crossfit for about 6 months, getting stronger and wanting to increase weight but my knees needed a little extra support. I've worn these about 5 times and noticed a considerable difference, I can lift more and my knees don't hurt or feel weak at all! Initially bought the medium but returned for a large. For reference I am 5'6", 160 lbs, muscular build. The medium pair really dug into my thighs and just did not look or feel good at all! If in between I would suggest going up a size.

Fits perfectly when you follow the measurement instructions. Keeps my knees warm during training sessions and I can wear them comfortably during any activity. Gives me good compression and support, especially during heavy lifts and my Brazilian jujitsu training. I don't need to waste precious training time wrapping my knees using knee wraps for heavy squats.

So far it is a great fit for protecting my knees from weight training or similar exercises. I have tried different pairs before. Some are cheaper, others are a little bit more expensive. It seems normal for them to be loosen after couple weeks of use. The reason I pick this pair is that the price is at the lower range of the similar products and a lot of reviews proved its prolonged tightness. I’ve been using it for a week no issues at all. I hope it can last a bit longer so that I don’t need to look for another one too soon.

Size is good and really comfortable when I put it on. This can do for daily routine too. I usually wear it when I was doing gym or lift up sth really heavy. It’s fit for both females and males, which is unisex knee sleeves. I feel like I should get extra one so it’s easy and convenience when other pair get washed

Good support...looks durable...stays on well throughout the whole workout session...Never used a knee support in my life... this is the first one... its a really nice product... does the job... and at a very decent price....The concern about the rubber smell, mentioned in other reviews, is correct... but its not that bad (with so many other smells going around in the gym...!!!)My measurement size was 14 "... since it was an in-between size, i went with "L-Large"... thanks for the person who recommended that in one of the comments...

Great for the price. Holds well on the skin. They work fantastic for heavy squats. Before, without them, my knees would hurt the rest of week. It was never my muscles that would ache, it was my knees. Now, with the support, I'm way more confident, and have better form.

Works great. They’re very comfortable and really have helped my knee pain. I no longer have knee pains after working all day and being on my feet. Great product!
