Does not support most of the 2016+ vehicles I have tried
2016 Audi A6 - Have tried to program a 2nd key, option failed. Have tried to make a dealer key (And program it with original Audi software) - program failed.2017 Audi A7 - Same as above2016 Audi S5 - Program failed at the first step.2016 Lexus ES350 - Have tried to program 2nd key, program has failed.2017 Cadillac ATS - Smart keys, program has failed2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee - Tried to program a second key, program has failed to calculate pin code. I have obtained the pin code from our local dealer and then it has managed to program it.2014 Audi A4 - Failed to perform most of the service featuresThe procedures are pretty self explanatory and I am sure I have followed all steps properly. I have tried to contact their support team, have received a local US number which leads to a voicemail. I have tried to get a hold of the local support team using this number numerous times unsuccessfully.I am very disappointed as I had high hopes for this machine. It might do better on older cars, returning it.

Awesome tool. One of the best affordable key programmers I've used. I have a feeling with the updates is only going to get better. I've used it for 5 days now and have successfully programmed 2 vws, a 2015 Tahoe and 2 dodge rams including pin code read. Highly reccommended. Great addition to my diagnostic and locksmith business.
