The cushions on the stools have a tie to secure the cushion onto the stool. Cushions are water resistant and offer fantastic comfort. Cushion covers are removable and machine washable at 30 degree. NO assembly required. Parasol hole in the centre of the table. Includes parasol with crank lever and tilt. The table is protected by inlaid clear 6mm toughened tempered glass. The rattan furniture is made from really high quality premium PE rattan which is versatile and will not fade. Aluminium Frame which is robust and lightweight.

Generally happy, but some things you should be aware of
We've now had this a couple of weeks so am writing a brief review.On the positive side, it's well constructed, nicely finished, well designed and has transformed our 'outdoor living'. The seats are comfortable and the table is nicely compact. It's ready assembled so there's no fuss when its out of the box. The umbrella is a great size, easy to operate and to clean. Bird mess is easily sorted out with a standard garden hose and is light enough to remove from the table but has enough weight to be sturdy in the summer breeze.However, a couple of things need to be mentioned.Firstly, it comes on a big pallet and is a curb side delivery. Someone wrote that the delivery person helped them take their dining set in, which was one of the reasons we went for this one - ours didn't (just about took the pallet away with some persuasion) so you can't bank on it.Secondly, there is a good amount of packaging (it is fully assembled). Obviously this is a great thing in terms of a safe delivery, but if you have limited rubbish collections / recycling, you'll need to bear this in mind for sorting out afterwards (especially if your left with a great big pallet).Thirdly, one of the reasons we chose this set was the lack of self assembly. The downside is that you need to be sure you can fit the table through your entrance. We have a standard size single door and could not fit the table even when it was tilted sideways. There are no obvious points to deconstruct / unscrew the parts due to the Rattan coverings. Fortunately we were able to lift it over a garden gate as it is light enough to lift once the glass is removed, so check your measurements and make sure you have someone with you when taking delivery to help out. Imagine having a massive crate sitting outside your home and you can't bring it in!Fourth thing - Rain. We thought that the seat covers would be waterproof. In fact they act as a water trap, so make sure you bring them indoors when its raining. It's not a cheap table and given the general attention to detail in this set, I would have expected them to be.So all in all, if you are able to accommodate its delivery and are willing to bring in the seat covers - you'll have a great outdoor time.

Great furniture. Excellent service. Recommended.
This dining set is lovely. We saw a similar one at the Southampton Boat show, and the 'buy this now' price at the show was similar to what we paid for this one. The quality of the Roe Gardens set was easily as good as the boat show one.The set is nicely built, metal frames covered in a synthetic rattan. It comes with everything you will need and it is all nicely made. The canopy is better than we had hoped for, the winding handle is the only real concern - it could be a weak point but we will treat it with respect and it should be fine. The rest is very nice.The cushion covers are made of a nylon type material that feels nice and feels as if it will last. The umbrella canopy is the same material.The top is a thick toughened glass. The seats are comfortable and well built. We eat breakfast and dinner on this daily on our balcony and it's a pleasure. We have had guests who are very impressed. The set has a wow factor.I have to mention the service from Harts. I can not fault it. We had a minor issue with the glass that I emailed about and they were quick to respond, offered a replacement and the replacement arrived in days. It was no effort for me to resolve and I would certainly do business with this company again. Highly recommended.

This is something worth buying if you're after good quality hand craftsmanship.
The whole feel of the Rattan make furnishings is of top quality and brilliantly hand finished. There's nothing to do with it all you have to do is plan a good place for where you want your furniture to go and enjoy your summer days and evenings. I bit of hint worth taking is investing in a Fire pit or gas shade for chilly evening's as you can enjoy longer outdoors. I've been saving up for one of this outdoor furniture and I can honestly say that it beats other products out there on the market. My wife likes it which is a plus for me and it's Money worth spending with 5* delivery service.

Great set, practical
Great set, practical, well designed, everything packs away into one cube with a weather resistant cover, easy to keep clean, comfortable...…I have had wooden garden furniture for years and while I probably prefer that look, what a pain to maintain each year! Wash it down, sandpaper it and then oil, it took weeks and you needed separate storage for the cushions; what was I doing?These chairs have high backs, great cushions with easy to clean covers, footstools with built in storage; just brilliant. Great service from Shamus in customer care too, could sing his praises highly enough.

Amazing product
Amazing product, very comfy, looks expensive, get loads of compliments on it. I have had my set for four years and still looks fab. Visitors always comment on how comfortable the seats are. Definitely in top three best purchases for our home. A very reliable and efficient customer service. Will highly recommend both product and company
